As part of Tekton's Operations team, the Feasibility Specialist is responsible for assisting with feasibility questionnaires and submission requests, PSVs, investigator databases, and other study selection activities. The Feasibility Specialist will produce departmental reports, update study metrics and maintain Investigator data in Salesforce and will meet/exceed Key Performance Indicators, as assigned.
Job Description:
• Coordinates the completion feasibility questionnaires and investigator submissions
• Manages the data entry process of business development activities in Salesforce related to Opportunity Stage progression through the entire study cycle
• Assists with PSV scheduling, preparation, documentation and follow up
• Manages the production and distribution of departmental reports
• Assists with managing incoming feasibility communications to the business development team
• Manages Investigator CV addendums in Salesforce Opportunity pages
• Manages Investigator data in Salesforce Contact pages
• Leads the preparation for and documentation of internal meetings or requests, as assigned
• Supports partnership with Business Development to ensure proper communication of status and completion of feasibility questionnaire • Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
• 2-3 years' clinical research experience

• Salesforce or related software experience
