Job Title: Clinical Research NurseJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Nurse with oncology experience to join a prestigious academic research institute. The role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies, overseeing multiple trial sites, and managing patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment. The successful candidate will report adverse events and serious adverse events (AEs/SAEs) and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Responsibilities+ Develop and implement patient recruitment strategies.+ Oversee multiple sites and track the progress of clinical trials.+ Manage patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment processes.+ Report adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs).+ Conduct chart reviews and pre-screen patients.+ Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Institutional Review Board (IRB) regulations.Essential Skills+ Experience with clinical trials and oncology.+ Proficiency in patient recruitment and study oversight.+ Ability to conduct chart reviews and pre-screen patients.+ Experience in adverse event reporting.+ Strong knowledge of clinical research, regulatory standards, GCP, IRB, electronic data capture (EDC), and EPIC systems.Additional Skills & Qualifications+ Bachelor of Science degree.+ RN License in Pennsylvania.+ 1+ years of oncology experience.+ 3+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a combination of clinical and office settings. The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, starting around 8:30am/9:00am, with a 40-hour work week. The role involves working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, handling both industry and investigator studies. After establishing rapport, there may be flexibility to work from home.
