Clinical Research Patient Recruiter Partnering with patients today for tomorrow's miracles! Â Established Clinical Research Company is seeking a Patient Recruiter to join our team in High Point!Job DescriptionIdentify study protocols to determine eligibility criteria.Review Informed Consent information for accuracy.Create advertising campaigns and place them on websites.Develop recruitment scripts.Ensure all documentation is IRB-approved before use.Implement recruitment strategies to ensure maximum recruitment.Search the database to identify appropriate participants.Review electronic and paper entrance forms and enter information into the database.Update participant information in the database and ensure that information is entered for participants who are not eligible for future studies or are on hold for studies.Contact participants via phone to obtain their medical history and eligibility information.Assess patient eligibility to screen for specific protocols.Explain study procedures, risks, timelines, restrictions, and compensation to participants.Set appointments for participants to screen for studies.Contact patients via text with instructions and reminders.Call no-shows to reschedule and determine the reason for a no-show.Send study reminders to participants about visits and restrictions.Report recruiting challenges to the team and management.Represent the Company at community events.Train staff to use the database, recruitment procedures, protocol requirements, and how to obtain and document participant information.Participate in site initiation visits and all meetings.Proficient in recruiting tobacco/nicotine studies. Extensive knowledge of tobacco.Check specimens into the lab.Assist PI in ensuring procedures were completed in time per protocol requirements.Convey information about the participant or procedural issues to the medical director.Skills2+ years of Clinical Research experience is required.Knowledge of GCP and applicable government FDA regulations. Current GCP Certification preferred.Strong team player and quick to help resolve problems.Knowledgeable of medical and research terminology, laboratory sanitation, and safety guidelines.Friendly with patients and clinic staff. Great communication skills, including verbal, written, and personal.Proficient in MS Applications. Solid data entry skills. EMR and EDC database experience preferred.Extremely detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
