Job Title: Clinical Research Project Manager
Responsibilities
The Clinical Research Project Manager oversees the conduct of complex, large scale (multi-center) studies, or multiple research projects; provides oversight to
the clinical team lead/supervisor, assists with training and onboarding of clinical research staff, develops and/or contributes to development of study manuals, guidance documents and source documents, prepares monthly metrics to report to leadership, attends and engages in leadership meetings, represents TJU internally and externally, provides expert consulting at project level and supports a culture centered on delivering excellent clinical research services.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree and 5 Years of clinical research experience OR Masters Degree and 3 years of clinical research experience AND 2 years of Lead or Project Manager experience
Essential Skills
* Experience in human subjects research.
* Clinical research and clinical operations experience.
* Interest or experience in cognitive neuroscience.
* Experience with recruitment, data collection, management, protocol development, regulatory processes, IRB, and GCP.
* 3-5 years of experience in clinical trials, protocol design, regulatory processes, data review, and clinical study management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor of Science in cognitive sciences or neurosciences.
* 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Master's degree preferred.
* Prior research experience working in a non-invasive brain stimulation lab.
* Previous project management experience preferred.
* Technical aptitude with electronics, technology, computers (versatile with Linux, Macs, and PCs
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $36.00
