Tekton Research is looking for a Site Manager to join our team in San Antonio, TX!

This is a fully on-site position located at 4805 Fredericksburg Road San Antonio, TX 78229

The Site Manager is responsible for effectively managing day-to-day site activities for optimization of site performance. The Site Manager is responsible for driving the site to achieve company goals. Our clients are two-fold, the sponsor and the participant. The Site Manager is responsible for ensuring contractual obligations are met and work is completed in a manner that leads to client satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5+ years Clinical Research Site Network Management and CRC experience
• Excellent Leadership skills with proven management/supervisor experience
• Experience with regulatory processes, clinical procedures, sponsor interaction, and human resources preferred
• Ability to travel between site locations listed above
• College or Specialized Degree preferred
