We also offer retirement planning.What to expect as a Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN):
- Maintain appropriate records and documentation of clinical and education activities.
- Supervise clinical activities of ancillary team members.
- Devise curriculum, teach various skills, principles and practices required to improve skills of staff.
- Assist in developing and implementing new surgical/procedural services to provide support to nursing staff and transition to practice.
- Act as a mentor and is responsible for precepting new employees.
- Assist the Director/ODS Supervisor in determining staffing needs and flexes to census and workload.
- Acts as a consultant and is a clinical expert for multiple surgical specialties.
Qualifications:
- Current Missouri RN license.
- BSN, preferred.
- At least three years of staff nursing experience with clinical competence within specific areas.
- BLS required (ACLS, PALS, NRP and/or others as required based on specialty area).
- Obtain CNOR certification within two years of employment.
- 2-3 years' experience.
