Participate in a wide variety of community events and visit a variety of organizations, providing oral health education and dental screenings at wellness events including client organized events, community events, school events and day care/head start events Build relationships and support community-based initiatives working with local advocacy and community organizations to better understand local conditions and barriers to care Visit dental practices to educate providers about the needs of members in a community, local barriers to care and local initiatives or events that may be relevant to providers or members Work with Providers to integrate health education, wellness, and prevention training into the care of each Dental Member and work with them on outreach initiatives Disseminate targeted information that leads to better clinical and administrative outcomes Share educational materials about evidence-based interventions proven to improve outcomes in Medicaid or other high-risk pop...Dental Hygienist, Clinical, Dental, Hygienist, Remote, Health, Healthcare
