We're just getting started—join us on our journey to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone, everywhere.Reporting to the Sr. Director of Clinical Sales, and in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Clinical Leadership teams, the Sr. Director of Clinical Sales is a leadership role supporting Spring's clinical sales teams.What you'll be doing:Manage a personal book of business of clients and prospects in developing and implementing custom mental health strategies throughout the entire sales cycle and through implementation.Support ongoing Spring Health clinical program improvements/refinement from strategy, to ideation, to development and implementation.Represent Spring in market-facing events such as seminars, conferences, trainings, webinars, and media appearances.What we expect from you:Significant experience with employee benefit programs/health plans/benefits consulting.Deep subject matter expertise in Mental Health and EAP programs.Deep subject matter expertise in MHPAEA, ERISA, and other relevant healthcare regulations/requirements.Excitement about working in a rapidly changing organization.Ability to create and deliver “client ready” content with minimal direction.Excellent presentation skills.The target base salary range for this position is $132,000 - $165,000 , and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location , internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.Benefits provided by Spring Health:Health, Dental, Vision benefits start on your first day at Spring Health.
