Qualifications
Qualifications
* Master's student in Human Services field from accredited college or university interested in obtaining unpaid internship hours.
* Experience with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, and Developmental Disabilities preferred.
* Experience in an inpatient or residential treatment setting a plus!
Skills and Abilities:
* Proficient with a computer and the required software programs as applicable to the job functions, including electronic mail, word processing, excel, and various databases
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Capable of performing written or typed record keeping and correspondence as it relates to job functions.
* Capable of rapport building with youth and their families to facilitate their engagement in the therapeutic services.
* Willingness to learn and engage in case management and aftercare planning
