Description
The health services that became theAnthony L Jordan Health Corporation ( (Jordan Health) began more than 100 years ago, in 1904. As one of the first 5 Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) established in the nation, its roots are steeped in service to those who face barriers to health and health care, meeting their need for comprehensive medical, dentistry, behavioral health, and community services. Starting in northeast Rochester, NY, Jordan Health has since expanded to become a network of primary care offices and health centers serving residents living in three quadrants ofRochester, NY ( and in Canandaigua, N.Y.
Jordan Health is now seeking aClinical Services Managerwho, under the guidance of the Director of Clinical Operations, is primarily responsible for ensuring efficient and effective systems are in place for all aspects of (medical) clinical operations of Jordan Health. This includes governing nursing practice and direct management of Practice Managers. Specific areas included but are not limited to patient relations, patient flow, and overall management of regulatory compliance, internal communications, and overall management and supervision of nursing department.

Requirements
TheClinical Services Managerwill ensure that:
Practice Managers are competent leaders in creating a Patient Centered environment and supporting Jordan Healths strategic goals.
Jordan Health maintains proper ratios of nurses with necessary attributes to support all Jordan patients with excellent care.
Jordan Health is compliant with all regulatory requirements.
Jordan Health is 100% compliant with all Infection Prevention requirements.
Collaboration with internal departments is maximized to support Jordan Healths strategic goals.
Relationships are developed and maintained to ensure Jordan Health remains competitive, financially sound, and publicly respected.
Education And Experience Required:
Bachelors degree or equivalent in healthcare (Nursing Preferred)
Masters degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
5+ years of professional healthcare experience.
5+ years of leadership/supervisory experience managing teams of individuals towards success.
Licenses And Certifications:
Valid RN license with no negative actions.
Current provider BLS/CPR through the American Heart Association.
Infection Control Certification.
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred but not required.
Special Skills, Knowledge Required:
Demonstrated skills in speaking, writing, administration, program development, management, and supervision.
Demonstrated skills in project management desired.
Must possess interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of professions and organizations.
Excellent computer skills, fluent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Familiarity with Electronic Health Records preferred.
