Job SummaryNovant Health Heart and Vascular Institute at Frontis Plaza is hiring a Clinical Services Navigator . This person serves as primary liaison between the patient and his/her medical team as well as patient advocate and support.Additional features of this role/clinic:+ advanced cardiac care (heart failure) patients+ part of the new Ventricular Assistance Device (VAD) program+ will be following patients in their care+ acts as the point person for VAD patients, fielding questions day or night+ great opportunity for cardiac RNs+ BSN preferred, but not required+ work closely with heart failure providers+ see patients at both the clinic and Novant Health Forsyth Medical CenterCome join a remarkable team where quality care meets quality service, in every dimension, every time.
