(Full-Time)

The Clinical Specialist (CS). CS primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Customer Success – Provide exemplary clinical customer support through knowledge of Electrophysiologist and site profiles, training, onboarding new sites, maintaining the calendar associated with assigned site case schedules, managing on-site inventory levels, supporting vMap® cases, and developing strong rapport with site Electrophysiologists, lab staff, and administration.
  • Support in the development, maintenance, and management of the company's commercialization of its mapping solution, clinical, and research efforts.
  • Work with Commercial/Sales or KOL departments to liaise with external stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for the physician and hospital, while improving vMap® workflow and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work with internal key stakeholders to maintain and/or improve vMap® workflow by supporting KOL program needs, Commercial/Sales information requests, Operations, PR & Marketing, and providing Product feedback.
  • Professionally maintain positive Vektor relations with both internal and external parties, including, but not limited to, employees, customers, physicians, nurses, techs, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizing and supporting multiple projects, initiatives, and efforts at the same time.
  • Undergo quarterly training to maintain or improve CS area of expertise.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, related field or equivalent healthcare experience required.

Requires ability to become certified on EP products.

A minimum of two years increasingly responsible experience in the cardiac pacing and related industries.

Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures.

Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol.

Demonstrated advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems is also necessary.

Must apply engineering skills and abilities to interpret and solve complex clinical problems.

Must have comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Must have the ability to concentrate on detail and work independently.

Must be able to work effectively with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers to achieve assigned goals; must be capable of coordinating multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively.

Must possess comprehensive personal computer skills (experience with Microsoft Office or equivalent required) in graphics, word-processing, databases, authoring programs, etc., to develop presentation materials.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 base depending on location and experience.
