Clinical Staffing Clerk - Nurse Staffing - Part Time Staffing, Flex shifts, 4 am - 4:30 pm/4 pm - 4:30 am, and every other weekendSchedule:Part Time Staffing, Flex shifts, 4 am - 4:30 pm/4 pm - 4:30 am, and every other weekendHospital:Henry Ford GenesysLocation: Grand Blanc, MichiganGENERAL SUMMARY:+ Review and assist with daily clinical staffing to ensure adequate staffing.+ Assist with maintaining scheduling system and/or manual records of staffing assignments and changes.+ Work collaboratively with clinical unit leadership to facilitate staffing changes to minimize negative financial impact.+ Assist with data collection for reporting on financial indicators and staffing related data.+ Serve as a resource to staff for questions related to clinical schedules.+ May maintain files for the Staffing office (reports, staffing sheets, agency bookings, agency staff credentials) and input data into electronic scheduling system of agency credentials.EDUCATION REQUIRED:+ High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.+ Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:+ Staffing experience highly preferred.+ Experience in a union environment.Additional Information+ Organization: Henry Ford Health Genesys Hospital+ Department: Nurse Staffing 001+ Shift: Day Job+ Union Code: Not ApplicableAdditional DetailsThis posting represents the major duties, responsibilities, and authorities of this job, and is not intended to be a complete list of all tasks and functions.
