Must hold a current Colorado Certificate Nursing Assistant License.

Job Description

The Clinical Staff Scheduling Coordinator, up to day scheduling and scheduling conflicts in our amazing Clinical Department. Clinical Staff Scheduler will insure that every resident has the right amount of assistance that they will need with, RN's, LPN's CNA's. As this position is currently only Part time, it may grow to full time availability.

Responsibilities

  • Assess needs in Clinical Department, and schedule staff according to Budget and Census.
  • Adjust the schedule per needs, and schedule staff accordingly. Based on the area of need.
  • Assist with maintaining coverage, when a call off, or family emergency arises.
  • Works with the Director of Nursing, and Assistant Director of Nursing, to ensure quality training and hours are held to highest standard and all facility policies and procedures are carried out by every staff member.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a current Colorado Certificate Nursing Assistant License.
  • Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to use Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, know your way around computer, and willing to use OnShift.
