About the job Clinical Success Manager Clinical Success ManagerOverview: We are seeking a highly motivated Client / Unit Success Manager to join a small, dynamic team in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful adoption and ongoing support of healthcare software and hardware solutions across hospital units. You will serve as the critical liaison between the company and hospital staff, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing the value of the product for clinical teams. You will have a unique opportunity to shape the role and directly impact the company's success. **MUST LIVE IN THE SEATTLE, WA AREA**Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital units using the patient-care technology.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical staff, including nurses and nurse managers.
- Conduct on-site visits to hospitals 3-4 days per week to provide training, support, and problem-solving.
- Facilitate change management efforts by understanding unit needs and customizing solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth hardware deployment and software updates.
- Act as a liaison between hospital operations and the company, ensuring alignment on new equipment or process changes.
- Provide both on-site and remote training to clinical staff, ensuring they understand the full functionality of the solutions.
- Act as an advocate and champion for the technology, helping clinical teams see how it can enhance patient care and save time.
- Work autonomously to manage day-to-day operations, while escalating issues to leadership as necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous healthcare experience (RN, PharmD, PA, clinical educator, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to build relationships with clinical staff and navigate complex healthcare environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor solutions based on unit-specific needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver clear and concise training.
- Flexibility to travel locally within Seattle for on-site visits (3-4 days per week).
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a small, close-knit team.
Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, with potential flexibility based on experience. Open to part-time or contract arrangements with the possibility to transition to full-time as the company grows. Location:Seattle, WA (not remote)
