For a youth & family clinical leader who comes at difficult problems in new ways, Nexus-PATH has a unique opportunity to lead a new, one-of-a-kind treatment foster care team! We are adding to our Western - North Dakota Region which can sit in our Minot, Williston, Bismarck, or Dickinson, ND offices.Nexus-PATH seeks a Clinical Supervisor for our new model of Treatment Foster Care! TFC is a new opportunity to provide intensive support and treatment to youth, their families and their foster families. TFC provides intensive therapeutic services with the youth and their caregivers through a multi-disciplinary teamed approach.The Clinical Supervisor oversees a high intensity, in-home and community-based service model with a strong system's focus to develop and support healing, stability, and permanency.Schedule/Pay/Location:Full-time, hybrid (some in-office some remote work) opportunity!Monday-Friday scheduleSalary: Starting at $82,000+$7,500 sign-on bonusNexus' Comprehensive Benefits Include:Four weeks paid time off (PTO) in the first year of employmentAdditional 8 paid holidaysMultiple options for health insurance coverageNo-cost life insuranceShort/long-term disability insurance401k matchNEW - Talkspace Therapy Benefit for the whole familyNEW - Hinge Health Benefit for the whole familyNEW - Carrot Fertility BenefitTuition assistance and training opportunitiesAdvancement pathways and internal promotionAnd much more!Primary responsibilities:Clinical SupervisionFacilitates team meetings for client case consultation to therapists, skills coaches, social workers, and parent partners to ensure practices with families and youth are of high quality and in accordance with the model, and best practicesProvides individual supervision and consultation to assigned therapists, social work supervisors, parent partners, and others on an on-going basis and during crisis situationsScreens, reviews and evaluates referrals and potential placementsCoordinates the distribution of cases among assigned team membersEnsures the training and development of foster parents relative to evidence based best practicesContinuous ImprovementOversees and monitors case record-keeping and quality practices and processes to ensure compliancePlans and processes quality assurance reviews, data collection, and reports to ensure compliance with licensing, CQI standards, contracts, state laws, etc.Reviews satisfaction survey results and program outcomes on a regular basis, and identifies areas for improvement to ensure quality programming and customer satisfactionOversees and Monitors Referral Program, Admissions, Youth Placement, Foster Parent Recruitment & Relicensing, and Foster Care Family, School & Provider Communication, and Program and Service DocumentationEnsures adequate relationships for the TFC program with referral sourcesMeets with referral sources when necessary to keep an ongoing pulse on customer satisfaction and service-related issuesConfers with clinical/admissions teams regarding status of current treatment center residents and future referralsReviews interview process of prospective clients to assess amenability to treatment, suitability of placement and probability of success, and facilitates the matching processProposes recommendations for client admissions or rejections with clinical staff, and/or the admissions teamReviews & monitors the admissions process with clients and family/guardian as necessaryEnsures our team is assisting foster and adoptive parents in adhering to state and federal residing licensing guidelines pertaining to foster care/adoptionReviews the placement and ongoing support of youth placed in foster and adoptive homes assigned to their caseloadWorks closely with the team to achieve reunification or permanency plans for assigned youthRequires team to provide treatment plans and utilize a variety of treatment approaches with clientsOversees regional recruitment plan to recruit new foster and adoptive parents and ensures relicensing of existing familiesEncourages staff to bridge relationships with foster patents and biological familiesProvides timely and accurate communication to supervisory and management staff and team members regarding significant events, to ensure continuity of care and safety of clients.Qualifications:Master's degree in Social Services, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or clinically related field requiredMinimum of an Intermediary Clinical Licensure required:North Dakota: LMSW, LAPC, LAMFT Minnesota:LGSW, LISW, LAMFT, LPC Experience in adolescent, adult, and family-based behavioral counseling requiredValid driver's license required.
