Full-Time Clinical Supervisor of School Based Services
Monday through Friday 8am-4pm
Location: Farmingdale, NY
Salary range: $70,000-$85,000

Responsibilities:
Provides oversight of BTs including hiring, managing, training and mentoring. While managing scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of designated team members.
Provides mentoring, training, and competency assessments as necessary.
Work closely with service coordinators and school district personnel to ensure effective and ongoing communication is delivered.
Collaborates with Assistant Directors in the development and implementation of internal trainings for continuing education, compliance, and professional growth to all employees
Monday-Friday (flexible daytime hours) - 35 hours weekly
Provide direct and/or indirect services to students and families, conduct evaluations, attend CSE meetings, and/or provide coverage for staff absences as deemed necessary by their supervisors
Participate in collaborative team meetings clinical providers, clinicians, and paraprofessionals
Travel required throughout Nassau

About You:
If you have these attributes:
Passionate to work with children, adolescents, families and therapists
High value and understanding of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and the ability to apply these practices

Exposure to the practice of maintaining a high level of confidentiality

And this background:
Minimum of a master's degree in one of the following: Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, Educational/Health/Human Services
BCBA/ LBA required
1-3 years experience working in a setting focusing on supporting children and adolescents with autism and other behavioral disorders.
Experience with electronic data collection services.
Bilingual is a plus.
