Signing bonus of $10,000!This position provides services within our Family Based program.Diakon Family Life Services offers a range of counseling and behavioral health services to children, teens, families and adult individuals. Services are provided through counseling centers in Mechanicsburg, New Bloomfield, Lewisburg, Montoursville and Williamsport as well as within several public-school buildings. Specialized programs include family-based mental health services, provided in the community and in-home, addictions counseling, trauma-focused therapy and SPIN, a service designed to assist children and youths who have problematic sexual behaviors.General Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and maintaining a professional and supportive relationship with clients, as well as providing specialized therapeutic interventions.
- Responsible for program coordination and clinical guidance to supervision of therapeutic staff.
- Collaborates with program supervisor to ensure that the program is operating efficiently and effectively.
- Provides specialized therapeutic interventions.
- Participates in orientation and training of new staff including training and support with charting software.
Education/Training: A master's degree in social work, Psychology or related field required. A current LCSW, LMFT, or LPC preferred (Outpatient), at least two years' experience in CASSP system program (Family Based/SPIN).NOTE: A Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience and PA certification will be considered for the Drug and Alcohol program. Experience: A minimum of one (1) year clinical supervisory experience normally required.ADA: Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.; visual and auditory skills.Compensation and Benefits:Diakon offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
