Advocates is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership and clinical guidance to our Family Support Services team! The Clinical Supervisor will support our contracted services with the Department of Children and Families (DCF), including Family Stabilization Services, Parent Aide, Youth Support, and Supervised Visitation. Team members provide services primarily in families homes and in other community locations. We support families in navigating a wide range of issues, including trauma, complex family systems, and substance use.
The Clinical Supervisor will support staff in delivering high-quality, person-centered services. The Clinical Supervisor will also provide direct services to a small number of families through Family Stabilization Services.
This role is hybrid, with 2-3 days remote. You will be joining a collaborative and energetic environment that incorporates a wide range of programs. Our multidisciplinary providers are invested in continuous learning and clinical excellence. Prior supervisory experience is a plus, but new supervisors are also encouraged to apply!
