For Everyone. Bancroft is currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support our Lindens Center for Autism program in Mt. Laurel, NJ!

Responsibilities:
  • The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical direction to the program and ensures effective and efficient clinical processes.
  • Provides direct, consultative, and supportive assessment and therapeutic services in psychotherapy to individuals supported to enhance their potential for learning and to meet the specific treatment needs of individuals supported.
  • Directs and oversees therapeutic and assessment activities and treatment planning for individuals supported.
  • Directs and oversees the coordination of related services and other clinical programming for individuals supported.
  • Ensures the quality of training and mentoring of staff on delivery of programming.
  • Advocates on behalf of individuals supported.
  • Works collaboratively with the Sr. Behavior Analyst and peers to align organizational processes and initiatives with strategic growth and sustainment initiatives.
  • Provides ongoing leadership, advice, training, and guidance to clinical staff regarding the effectivedevelopment and implementation of Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and Behavior Intervention Plans(BIP), as needed, for individuals supported;
  • Ensures timeliness of the ISP process, including IDTs and monthly progress reports. Ensures theprofessionalism and completion of all documentation as required;
  • Works with Senior Manager to ensure proper staffing in accordance with levels of support, therapeuticneeds, Annex A and program descriptions;
  • Monitors clinical resource availability and makes recommendations to fill unmet needs;
  • Conducts regular staff meetings and attends program management meetings to promote a constant flow of information, open discussions, knowledge sharing, and to ensure staff are well-informed;
  • Attends external conferences, family conferences, etc., to both obtain and share information; works inconjunction and collaboratively with the Bancroft ABA Center of Excellence (COE).
  • Directly manages the ongoing job performance of direct reports; develops and communicatesperformance goals, completes performance evaluations within established timeframes; providesfeedback, develops and takes action on performance improvement plans, and determines andimplements disciplinary action as needed;
  • Appropriately delegates work responsibilities;
  • Supports the professional development and career growth of direct reports by identifying and providingongoing training and certification attainment in accordance with state licensing regulations and anyaccreditation standards, as applicable within area of responsibility;
  • When applicable, ensures on-call and rotational support to effectively manage a 24 hour/7 day a weekprogram for individuals supported.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Social Work required.
  • Prior experience working with neurologically-impaired individuals preferred.
  • LCSW license
