Banyan Treatment Centers, a leader in addiction treatment, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Milford, DE.This role involves delivering essential clinical services across multiple levels of care. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing specialized individual and group therapy schedules for patients facing substance use and mental health disorders. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee daily clinical operations and provide direct supervision to our team of Therapists. Leveraging our expansive team of dedicated professionals and a well-established infrastructure, we deliver personalized treatment to support everyone who seeks our assistance.What We Offer:A fast-paced, collaborative work environmentWeekly Pay-Cycle- pay day is every Friday!CPR TrainingContinuing Education Units for license renewalInternal promotional opportunitiesAnnual merit increasesEmployee Assistance and Referral ProgramsComprehensive benefits for full-time employees:Medical, Vision and Dental InsuranceWhole and Term Life InsuranceShort and Long-term disability Insurance401(k) Benefit with Employer MatchPaid Time Off7 Paid Holidays, inclusive of a floating Holiday to use at your discretion.Key Responsibilities:Lead multi-disciplinary Clinical Treatment Team meetings in the absence of the Executive Director or Clinical Director, ensuring effective coordination of services.Support the Clinical Director with various administrative and clinical tasks as needed.Uphold Banyan Treatment Center's policies, procedures, and ethical standards to achieve organizational goals.Ensure adherence to clinical best practices and maintain knowledge of risk assessment policies.Recruit, interview, evaluate, and develop clinical staff, addressing counseling and disciplinary actions as necessary.Provide direct patient services, including individual and group therapy sessions, and complete required clinical documentation.Collaborate in the development and training of clinical policies and procedures.Conduct weekly clinical chart audits, complete QA/Compliance reports, and maintain clinical records according to established standards.Work closely with the Senior Management Team and participate in clinical and administrative meetings.Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for staff and patients while facilitating communication with ancillary services for effective case management.Provide and coordinate Clinical On-Call services, responding to off-hours crises and disaster needs.Communicate emergency procedures clearly to staff, ensuring understanding and compliance.Participate in formulating and evaluating patient treatment plans and therapeutic interventions on a weekly basis.Model professionalism and compassion in interactions with co-workers, patients, and guests.Requirements:Master's degree in social work or a related human services major.An active Delaware LCSW, LPC-MH, LMFT, or LCDP.2 or more years of experience in a management role.Preferences:3-5 years of clinical experience in the field of substance-use-disorder or mental health treatment.Abilities and Skills:Adherence to Healthcare Code of Ethics and familiarity with Joint Commission Standards.Knowledge of State and Federal regulations regarding patient confidentiality.Proficiency in individual, group, and family counseling techniques.Skilled in crisis intervention, including de-escalation and suicide risk assessment.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.Flexibility to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet patients' needs.Apply Now!If you're passionate about making a difference and want to be part of a mission-driven team, we encourage you to apply today!We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
