About the Role Responsible for overseeing associates and the operations of multiple office locations.
What You'll Be Doing Plans and prioritizes workflow for the clinical office staff with the goal of maximizing the efficiency and quality standards of the overall offices.Coaches and counsels' associates by addressing areas of concern, handling discipline issues, assessing opportunities. Approves all Workday requests including corrective action and performance reviews. Works closely with the Practice Manager to ensure optimal patient care and efficient patient flow from the reception throughout the clinical areas. Communicates and enforces company policies and procedures as they are established. Maintain Procurement in Workday. Monitor Go To and associate triages.
What We Expect from You - Minimum of an Associate's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of related experience required
- 3-5 years of nursing experience
- Prior experience in supervisory role required
Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have thorough knowledge in computer information systems.
