What You'll Do:
As a Clinical Supervisor in our CBHC program, you will lead and support a team of Master's-level clinicians, providing guidance on clinical care, professional development, and compliance with performance standards. Working in a collaborative, urban setting, you'll play a crucial role in delivering co-located mental health and substance abuse treatment services that include urgent care, emergency services, individual and group therapy, psychiatry, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide responsive, staff-centered support and guidance to clinical supervisees, including professional goal-setting and progress
* Participate in and lead clinical team meetings, supervision sessions, and training
* Deliver direct, evidence-based services to clients of all ages, both in-person and via telehealth
* Utilize a goal-directed, evidence-based approach in client care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
* Participate in ongoing training, including CEU opportunities, with a focus on Evidence-Based Practice and Social Justice

What You'll Bring:
* LMHC or LICSW license with at least three years of clinical experience (required)
* Massachusetts CANS certification (required before start date)
* Experience providing clinical care to children, adolescents, families, and adults
* Strong knowledge of mental health diagnoses and evidence-based treatment techniques
* M-F schedule with ability to work 2 evenings per week
* Familiarity with EMR systems, telehealth platforms, and Microsoft Office
* Bilingual/bicultural candidates are encouraged to apply
