Position Overview:
Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) are behavioral health services covered by NYS Medicaid. The CFTSS program is designed to support children and their families to identify their strengths and needs as they work to address the symptoms of their mental health diagnosis or behavioral health needs. By identifying needs early and working with children, youth, and families directly in their home and community, these services help prevent the need for emergency room (ER) visits, psychiatric hospital admissions, or out of-home placements. The CFTSS Supervisor would be responsible for overseeing Other Licensed Practitioner (OLP) Therapists and other CFTSS Clinicians. Services include Other Licensed Practitioner (OLP), Community Psychiatric Supports and Treatment (CPST), and Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR).
Position Qualifications:
NYS License in Clinical Social Work required (LCSW). Experience utilizing evidence-informed treatment approaches in a managed care environment preferred. Experience as mental health professional, and supervisor, with families and child/adolescent population. Foster Care Experience preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Annual Salary: $90,000 flat rate
