Schedule: General work schedule is 7:30 a.m. 4 p.m. and is based on the general operating hours of the facility. Candidate must be available to work non-traditional hours including some early mornings, evenings and weekends as needed to meet the needs of the program

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the supervision of the Department Director, the Clinical Support Manager will serve Probation staff working in institutions at primarily at East Mesa Juvenile Detention Facility (EMJDF) and the Youth Transition Center (YTC) when needed, to give them support including individual & group consultation and linkage to community resources. The Clinical Support Manager will be a leader in the development and enhancement of a trauma-informed environment and team. The Clinical Support Manager will also support Probation Officers working with youth in custody to understand trauma informed services and behaviors associated with mental health needs of youth. Clinical Support Manager shall establish regular working hours at EMJD. Hours will be non-traditional hours including some early mornings, evenings and weekends
