Clinical Applications Specialist RIS/PACS

The Clinical Applications Specialist RIS/PACS is responsible for providing specialized technical and clinical support for the Radiology Information System (RIS) and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) applications within the company. This role involves the implementation, configuration, and optimization of these solutions in clinical environments, ensuring they meet the operational and quality needs of the customer.

Your Role

* Implement and configure RIS/PACS solutions in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.

* Ensure that the solutions are properly integrated with other clinical systems, such as EMR/HIS, guaranteeing efficient workflow.

* Customize configurations according to the specific requirements of the client, adjusting both technical and functional aspects.

* Provide ongoing technical support to troubleshoot issues related to RIS/PACS systems.

* Address clinical questions and issues that may arise during the implementation and usage of the systems.

* Perform diagnostics and issue resolution in coordination with the support teams.

* Regularly evaluate system performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

* Implement updates and system adjustments as necessary to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

* Experience in the configuration, support, and administration of RIS/PACS systems.

* Knowledge of administrative topics, server management, and networking in hospital environments.

* Ability to train all users, including technical and clinical staff, ensuring they can effectively use the implemented solutions.

* Provide ongoing support to customers, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
