We do that by being good stewards of our resources and providing efficient and cost-effective care for all.Overview of Job Responsibilities:* Provide secretarial and clerical support for the effective operation of the assigned site location* To coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings, as requested, for the professional staff* To verify client information at the time of visit* To organize and maintain accurate files and records and to retrieve files as necessary* To answer phone calls promptly and courteously and to take and communicate message accurately* To accurately handle correspondence, recordkeeping, database maintenance, and release of information procedures* To assist in the care and maintenance of office equipment and supplies and to report equipment malfunctions promptly* To assist the Site Director and professional staff with special projects and to perform other duties relative to site operations, as assigned or directedJob Requirements:Education Level - High School Diploma or GED.Years of Experience - 6 months experience in an administrative and computerized office environment required.Skills/Abilities - Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
