Embark at Berwyn is looking for part-time Clinical Support Staff who align with our mission of

reducing adolescent and young adult anxiety, depression and suicide to join our IOP and PHP clinic in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. Come join our team of empathetic professionals who are passionate about creating joy and healing generations together! Mental Health Matters!

Hourly Pay Rate: $20.00 - 22.00 per hr DOE

Part-Time: Flexible availability Monday - Friday, Morning and Evening hours

Clinic operating hours: 8:30am -7:00pm

As Clinical Support Staff you will be supported by an experienced leadership team, Clinical Director, Executive Director, and Administrative Team that are all focused on the mission to facilitate lasting positive change for young people and their families.

  • Provide support to the PHP and IOP Program teams, by facilitating groups, assisting with client check-ins, and supporting clients in practicing skills that promote emotion regulation.
  • Comfort with ages 12 - 18 yrs. of age
  • Prepare and supply group rooms
  • Attend weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meetings as needed
  • Engage in professional and positive rapport with clients, families, co-workers, and staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of group rooms and office space including supplies, furniture and equipment.
  • Performing other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's Degree in psychology, behavioral science, or equivalent field
  • Experience working with adolescents, teens ages 12 - 17 yrs. old
  • Experience working in a behavioral or mental health setting
  • Team player with a growth mindset
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to pass a state background check
  • Microsoft Suite & Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
