We are seeking a Family Practice Clinical Team Lead to join our team!
Rocking Horse Community Health Center (RHCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides healthcare services to some of the area's most vulnerable populations.
The organization is looking to add a Family Practice Team Lead to our Clinical Team. This candidate will plan, direct and coordinate patient care activities performed by the clinical team. Assists clinical team in maintaining standard of patient care. Advises Director of Nursing and Medical Staff in matters related to clinical service. This is a full-time position which will be offered Medical, Dental & Vision benefits, Company Paid Life, STD & LTD insurance, and the potential to earn and accrue up to 4 weeks of PTO per year along with 10 paid holidays.

Position Info:
Position Title: Family Practice Clinical Support Team Lead.
Primary Service Center: Springfield, Ohio (South Limestone Location).
FLSA Status: Hourly - Non-exempt position.
Work Hours: Full-time position.
Education Requirements:
Minimum - associate's degree for a Registered Nurse, a bachelor's degree (BSN) is preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of clinical nursing experience preferably in a primary care or outpatient setting with supervisory experience.
Must have Licensed Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio. CPR certification is required. Applicable life support training (PALS/ACLS) preferred.
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: Registered nurse. Supervisory experience preferred.
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Computer skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: A current driver's license and an acceptable driving record. An individual whom poses a direct threat to the health and safety of himself/herself or others in the workplace will be deemed not qualified for this position. Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio. Minimum 3 years nursing experience.
