Join us and see the difference for yourself.As a Clinical Surveillance Team Nurse Supervisor, you'll work with the Clinical Surveillance Team (CST), which monitors and manages the pre-emergent and emergent clinical deterioration of adult non-ICU patients for our Santa Monica Hospital. The CST plays a vital role in independently identifying and managing patients at risk of further decline, focusing on rapid prevention and intervention. This includes conditions such as sepsis, strokes (CVA), respiratory issues, and cardiac events.
