Reports to: Information Technology Director
FLSA Classification : Full-Time, Non-exempt, Hourly $23.00 - $28.63
Essential Functions:
* Responsible for planning and leading projects related to Information Systems and Applications. This includes participating in the development of workflows, system configurations,deployment and support, monitoring, documentation, and support of staff.
* Perform system analysis, including design and implementation of software when applicable.
* Work with users at various levels of the organization to determine the operational needs.
* Provide support to internal and external contacts such as vendors, representatives, and staff.
* Assist in implementation of applications between user groups.
* Provide initial and potential ongoing user training and education of users in the operation of systems applications.
* Participate in project planning and implementation.
* Work in cooperation with other IT staff to achieve strategic plans, goals, and objections of the department and organization.
* Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in those fields required.
* Minimum five (5) years experience working in Healthcare or Information Technology working with clinical applications required.
* Previous experience with VMware server preferred.
