Position Summary:

Necco has an opportunity for a career as Clinical Team Leader. This role will provide value to the company by assisting the Treatment Director with all aspects of the treatment program, including supervision, documentation, billing, and compliance.

The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:

Clinical Supervision, Oversight and Support

* Assist the Treatment Director with supervision of therapists and Mental Health Case Managers

* Review and approve documentation and billing

* Provide clinical supervision to Therapists and Mental Health Case Managers

* Assist the Treatment Director in the day-to-day operations

* Support the Treatment Director during the intake process and reviewing of assessments

* Use extensive knowledge of Medicaid compliance to ensure quality and accuracy of treatment documentation

Leadership, Growth and Development

* Provide leadership and development to clinical staff through the Individual Performance Scorecard

* Provide training to staff on clinical expectations, goals, systems and processes

* Create growth opportunities for the clinical program

Treatment Planning and Performance

* Manage treatment referrals and assignment of new cases

* Carry and abbreviated therapy caseload; approximately 40-60% of standard therapist

* Meet or exceed all timeframes and goals for billing

* Achieve a 90% or higher score on all file reviews

Position Qualifications:

* 21 Years of Age

* Independent licensure- LISW, LPCC, or MFT

* Minimum of three years experience working with children and/or families with emotional or behavioral disabilities.

* Excellent Computer Skills

* Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills

* Excellent Organizational Skills and Self Motivated

* Successful completion of all required criminal background checks

* Valid Drivers License and 100/300/100 Auto Insurance required

* Travel/Training willingness

* Humble, Hungry, and Smart
