Our proprietary platform supports the largest and most diverse clinical community in the New York tri-state area and provides our team of therapists with the technologies, methodologies, and training needed to focus on what matters most: improving lives. Opportunity: We are seeking a Clinical Team Manager to oversee clinical team development and performance at Resilience Lab. The role lives at the intersection between clinical performance and business objectives. Specifically, they will be tasked with managing clinicians to ensure they successfully move through the various stages of our innovative career accelerator program. For instance, pre-licensed clinicians begin as associates and need to meet certain expectations (e.g., number of sessions per month) before they are able to move up to junior status. The Clinical Team Manager will use a mix of technology and soft skills to monitor clinicians' performance and intervene when necessary to help them get back on track. Ultimately, it is their responsibility to maximize utilization by optimizing the clinician experience. Responsibilities: Use our proprietary technology to track clinicians' utilization milestones on a weekly basis to ensure they are meeting expectations within a permissible margin of error Identify when clinicians would benefit from proactive support to prevent them from falling too far behind based on utilization, conversion, and churn metrics Initiate performance improvement plans (i.e., Clinician Support Plan or CSP) as needed Work with the Care Coordination team to prioritize clinicians in the client matching process to maximize utilization via internal referrals Approve/decline status changes as clinicians move through the various stages of our career accelerator program, including promoting and terminating clinicians Monitor compliance of our existing systems to hold clinicians accountable to standardized practices Ensure that all notes, billing, etc. are completed within a timely manner from a training, business, ethical, and legal perspective Report KPIs related to clinicians' professional growth and development and identify solutions to meet quarterly targets as needed Ensure that clinicians are implementing outcome-based measurement care program via Mirah Work together with the VP of Clinical Ops and the Clinical Management Team to implement new practices, tools, and processes to improve and maintain clinicians training speed and performance Craft communications to clinicians announcing new initiatives, policies, and directives Write/complete clinician bios enhancing their ability to attract clients through third party websites Partake in the new clinician interview process Requirements: Proficient in Google Workspace (e.g., Google Documents, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.) Proven track record of effective communication with various populations and stakeholders. Proven experience successfully branding and marketing therapists or other specialized professionals in private or group practice settings [not mandatory but beneficial) Established mental health professional (LCAT, LMHC, LCSW, PsyD, PhD, etc.) with at least 1 year of successful private practice experience building and maintaining a caseload Qualifications: Comfortable working at a fast-paced, early-stage startup with an aggressive growth strategy to scale the company Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote working environment Ability to prioritize corporate objectives while balancing the needs of various stakeholders in the organization Strong leadership skills, interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work effectively with a range of diverse groups Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information mindfully and effectively Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to alter between detail-oriented and big-picture thinking depending on the task Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports to inform decision-making and problem solving Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly and easily Desire to visualize, craft, and execute new processes for maximum efficiencyStrong writing and editorial skills Compensation & Benefits: Base salary - $65,000 - $75,000 401k Health/Dental/Vision Unlimited PTO Lucrative equity grant Enthusiastic start up culture Joining an exciting growth journey within the mental health space
