Pay for the Community-Based Youth Clinical Therapist position is up to $68,000 for 3+ years' dependent licensed individuals and $75,000 for 3+ years' independent licensed individuals based on licensed experience years along with an Annual Bonus up to $8,000.The Community-Based Youth Clinical Therapist position provides therapy services to children and families with behavioral health and family functioning needs. Services are designed to flexibly meet the needs of youth, including appointments in the community. If so, the community-based youth clinical therapist position might be right for you!Education/Experience/Other Requirements:Requires a minimum bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.Requires licensure in the following fields: (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC)Requires valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle and access to reliable transportation.Must be able to be insured under the agency's commercial liability policy as a driver.Must demonstrate knowledge of mental illness, individual, group counseling skills, assessment skills, and crisis intervention skills.Must be able participate in a 24/7 on call rotation, with premium call pay includedMust be able to work with children with complex behavioral health needsPreferred experience working with youth and families.Primary Duties:Provides therapeutic services allowing the therapist to work directly with families' multiple times per week utilizing services.Provides treatment planning and counseling services to an assigned caseload of clients in accordance with state mandates, established agency and program policies, procedures, and philosophy.Documents all services provided and maintains records utilizing the electronic record in accordance with agency policy/procedure.
