SAFY is seeking a full-time Clinical Therapist for our Lexington, Kentucky division.
As a Clinical Therapist you will be responsible for providing a range of clinical services (diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, interventions, individual/family therapy, etc.) with children, adolescents and young adults.

What Youll Do As a Therapist
- Provide ongoing mental health/clinical services as needed or are required by contract.
- Administer scores and interpret assessment instruments.
- Provide individual and family therapy sessions to children/adolescents and their families.
- Complete any identified diagnostic assessments.
- Develop and implement collaborative Treatment Plans based on assessments.
- Maintain client documentation in accordance with SAFY policy and COA standards.
- Services are provided at the level of frequency, intensity, and duration appropriate to prevent placement or achieve reunification. Services provided are tailored to each familys needs, problems, strengths, lifestyle, and culture.
- Submit written reports to supervisor and other parties as required timely and accurately regarding the progress of each familys case.

Qualifications
- A Masters degree in social work, counseling, psychology, sociology, or child & family studies is required.
- Must possess and maintain the appropriate highest level of licensure required by the state - LMFT / LPCC / LCSW / LPCA / CSW (may be under supervision; supervision also available in agency).
- Two years of experience in providing treatment to youth and families is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Must possess a valid drivers license and reliable transportation in order to meet the travel requirements of this position.
What We Offer Our Therapists
- Targeted hiring range: $46,000-$70,000
- Compensation is commensurate with transferrable experience, education, and licensure of candidate, location of position, along with internal equity and budgeted amount for the role.
