Clinical Therapist
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (no weekends, nights, or major holidays)
Full-time (40/hour per week)
Locations available: We offer in-person work at our Alcoa, Blaine, Englewood, Knoxville, Lenoir City, Seymour and Tazewell, TN locations, as well as the option of hybrid work for those who need more flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate patients' emotional, psychological, and behavioral concerns.
* Use standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews to diagnose mental health disorders.
* Create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to patients' specific needs and preferences.
* Provide immediate therapeutic interventions for patients in crisis situations.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, psychologist, or related field.
* Active license and in good standing in the State of Tennessee, eligible for licensure, or in the process of getting a license as a LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
* Clinical experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who have co-occurring mental health, substance use, and physical health problems.
