As a Senior Manager within our Healthcare Provider Consulting Practice, you will play a pivotal role in leading the planning and implementation of workforce management solutions for our healthcare clients. With a focus on the UKG Workforce Solution, you will leverage your deep industry expertise and technological insight to drive transformative outcomes, enhance operational efficiencies, and ensure the delivery of patient-centered care. Your primary responsibilities may include:

* Enterprise Function Integration

* Lead consulting engagements with healthcare providers to assess workforce management needs, identify operational gaps, and design tailored solutions.

* Develop and implement strategic plans for deploying UKG Workforce Management Solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.

* Strategic Program Management

* Serve as a subject matter expert on workforce management technologies, particularly UKG Workforce Solution, providing insights and guidance on system optimization, feature utilization, and long-term scalability.

* Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation plans, balancing client needs and organizational priorities.

* Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

* Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management

* Ensure workforce management solutions comply with healthcare industry regulations and standards.

* Advise clients on regulatory changes and integrate compliance requirements into workforce strategies.

* Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement

* Optimize workforce management processes to enhance efficiency, improve staffing flexibility, and reduce labor costs.

* Leverage data analytics to drive insights into workforce trends, productivity, and performance improvement opportunities.

* Client Relationship Management

* Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building trust and providing strategic guidance on workforce management initiatives.

* Conduct regular client updates, addressing challenges and showcasing progress to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.

* Data Analytics and Reporting

* Oversee the development of dashboards and reports to track workforce management performance and support data-driven decision-making.

* Present insights and recommendations to client leadership to inform strategy and operational improvements.

* Team Leadership and Development

* Lead and mentor a team of managers, consultants, and analysts, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting professional development.

* Provide coaching and feedback, promoting continuous learning and alignment with project and organizational goals.

* Thought Leadership and Industry Engagement

* Stay current on workforce management trends, regulatory updates, and advancements in technologies like UKG.

* Contribute to thought leadership by developing whitepapers, case studies, and participating in industry events to enhance the firm's market presence.

Here's what you need:

* Bachelor's degree.

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management, with a significant focus on healthcare provider organizations.

* A minimum of 5 years of experience with proven expertise in the planning, implementation, and optimization of UKG Workforce Management Solutions.

Bonus points if you have:

* Master's degree preferred.

* Experience working with or leading global teams.

* Thrive in a diverse, fast paced environment.

* An advanced degree in the area of specialization.

* Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

* Leadership experience, including team management and project oversight.

* Strong understanding of healthcare operations, labor regulations, and the unique challenges of workforce management within the healthcare sector.

* Demonstrated ability to lead complex consulting engagements, from initial assessment through implementation and optimization.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives, clinical leaders, and IT professionals.

* Willingness to travel as needed to meet client and project requirements.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
