Description Are you a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) employed in good standing at the RBHA? Are you interested in providing Outpatient Psychotherapy Services with adults, children/adolescents, and families? Are you interested in working with Individuals presenting with a variety of behavioral health issues and concerns such as depression, thought disorders, anxiety, grief/loss, substance use, and behavioral concerns? Are you ready to join a team that provides excellent clinical services to better serve Individuals seeking behavioral healthcare services? Then we may have an opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a highly skilled licensed professional to provide PRN Outpatient Psychotherapy services. Therapy services will be provided on Saturdays and PRN clinician must commit to working each Saturday with a caseload of 4-8 Individuals. Therapy services will be via our telehealth platform. Candidates must have completed the credentialing process with the Quality & Standards Department to be eligible to apply and in good standing with their current RBHA employment. Clinicians are expected to be operate as independent practitioners, providing treatment services with limited supervision and oversight of the Program Manager. Essential Functions Conducts mental health and substance use assessments and monitors level of functioning. Assists client in identifying self-determined goals and jointly prepare individualized service plan. Provides individual and family therapy; implements treatment plans Coordinates with Outpatient scheduler regarding availability and caseload needs Provides outreach/reminder phone calls for outpatient caseload Interfaces with ongoing service providers and client support system. Provides crisis intervention and prevention services to individuals and families. Documents and charts information in the Electronic Health Record about assessments, individual service plans, progress notes, treatment reviews, discharge summaries and other client related data Monitors and audits clinical and medical records and practices for compliance with regulatory, reimbursement and agency standards; reviews documentation for accuracyPosition Requirements Thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of providing care to the emotionally disturbed, socially dysfunctional, behaviorally disordered, mentally ill and/or substance abusive clients and their families; thorough knowledge of community resources and human services network; thorough knowledge of community-based behavioral health principles and psychotherapeutic treatment techniques; thorough knowledge of the theories and techniques of counseling and crisis intervention; thorough knowledge of intake techniques and procedures; ability to evaluate and screen clients; ability to prepare adequate records and to report findings and data effectively; ability to solve problems within scope of responsibility; Required: Current VA license as LCSW, LPC, LCP or LMFT with an advanced degree in social work, psychology, or counseling and at least two years post-graduate experience in service delivery with children and/or adults experience mental health needs. Experience providing Outpatient Therapy services. Masters Degree Required. Please note this is an internal posting only. Starting Salary Range Salary: $78.62 per completed and documented Individual and/or family session. $28.08 will be paid for no shows/missed appointments or sessions less than 45 minutes in duration. Outpatient documentation must be in full compliance with auditing and regulatory bodies to be eligible for reimbursement.
