Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health PA Adult Services provides programs and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our main campus is located in Berwyn PA. Our dedicated team of over 800 staff ranging from highly-specialized clinicians and nurses to recreational and direct support professionals, all work toward one common goal - the happiness, self-fulfillment and social integration of each adult in our community.

As a Clinician, you will be responsible to offer your expertise to a multidisciplinary team to develop plans to address clinical or mental health, behavioral and daily living needs of our individuals.

In this role, our Clinician would be responsible for:

  • Assess psychological and program needs of assigned Individuals.
  • Develops, oversees the implementation of, and monitors behavior programs of assigned Individuals.
  • Serves as a member of the Individuals Interdisciplinary Team.
  • Instructs staff in the implementation of individual behavior programs.

Qualifications:

Education

  • Masters degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Education, or related field

Experience

  • Must have strong counseling, and experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses.
  • Experience with CBT
  • Eligible for LPC, LSW
  • Requires excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong Computer skills including abiltiy to utilize electronic health record systems.
  • Must possess and maintain valid drivers license, and be at least 21 years of age.
  • Familiarity with FBA and behavior support plans
