Job Description: Clinician The Clinician provides screening, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, care coordination and discharge planning with individuals, families and groups to increase support and overall wellbeing, improve functioning, and decrease symptomology. This role develops, implements and coordinates treatment plans as part of a multidisciplinary team. Services may be program-based, provided via telehealth, co-located with another agency and/or in the field including home-visiting. The Clinician provides clinical guidance, support and recommendations to the individual, client's team and or family. •Multiple shifts and locations available •Annual salary starting at $54,342.57 (non-licensed) or $56,728.01 (licensed) •Union eligible position Multiple Locations Available in •Burlington •Rutland •Williston •Essex Junction •St Albans Essential Functions: •Directs clinical services to assigned population/caseload using established best practices and modality determined by program •May provide individual and/or group interventions to facilitate success in meeting therapeutic goals •Facilitates and/or provides crisis intervention, risk management, safety planning, treatment planning, and needed follow-up care •Provides consultation to other agency staff or community providers •Coordinates care and recommends additional services with other professionals or community partners for clients to meet their service needs •Completes clinical documentation in Electronic Health Record and other documentation/record keeping in accordance with Agency requirements •Provides discharge planning including termination plan, care coordination, resource and referral information •Provides consultation and training (formal and informal) to treatment team and others, especially about relevant mental health issues, treatment and system of care •May supervise interns •Other duties assigned within scope of work •Ability to safely manage escalated behavior •Driving required Requirements: •Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or mental health field •2-3 years of relevant professional work experience •Must be licensed, or license eligible in the state of Vermont •Rostering required for pre-licensure status •Fingerprints may be required based on program requirements •Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record and use of personal vehicle Vermont regulation mandates that individuals who are on the Roster of Non-licensed Noncertified Psychotherapists, through the Office of Professional Regulation, must be actively working towards professional licensure and be fully licensed within 5 years of Roster date of issue.
