Position(s) x Opening(s): (There are openings all across the board from Clinician 1 to Clinician 2 depending on what license is being held) LCSW/LPC (Behavioral Health) LCSW/LPC (Primary Care) LCSW/LPC (Outpatient) LCSW/LPC (Residential/Inpatient) Location(s): (Onsite) East Hartford, CT 06118 Hartford, CT 06112 Terms/Duration: Direct-Hire/Permanent Targeted Start Date: ASAP Interview Process: 2 step – 1st is 30 min virtual then final onsite Salary Range: (Productivity incentives of up to $36,000 are offered to all clinicians.) Clinician 1 (65k-75k) – LMSW, LPCA, LMFTA Clinician 2 (75k-85k) – LADC, LMFT, LPC, LCSW Potential flexibility in rate. Must Haves: Holds a Master's Degree as well as an active license in the state of CT with any of the following below: LMSW, LPCA, LMFTA, LADC, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW Experience working in a Recovery-Oriented System of Care and clinical supervision experience. Possesses experience in any of the following settings: Behavioral Health, Primary Care, Outpatient, or Residential/Inpatient Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required (Other languages are a plus!) Soft Skills: Collaboration: Able to work across functions and teams to reach a common goal Influencing: Able to motivate and accomplish goals / actions through others Communication: Able to connect with others across all communication channels Respect: Builds bridges and accepts inputs from all sources Creativity: Open minded and unconventional in thinking Problem Solving: Able to apply a wide range of techniques to attack and solve issues / opportunities Analytical: Able to evaluate multiple data sources and extract actionable insights Time Management: Able to maximize our most fixed resources Summary/Day-to-Day: A non-profit client of Insight Global located in East Hartford, CT is expanding their clinic teams across multiple settings from Behavioral Health, Residential/Inpatient, Primary Care, and Outpatient and are looking for experienced clinicians who are passionate to join their team. The experienced counselors that join the team would possess knowledge about substance abuse treatment and mental health. Trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques used to address issues, including depression, addiction and substance abuse, suicidal impulses, stress, problems with self-esteem, and grief; Counselor's will work with a wide range of individuals, families, and groups to address and treat appropriately to their case. The clinician works independently with weekly supervision, is capable of directing and motivating clients toward abstinence and sobriety through specific avenues of treatment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Appropriately assesses client treatment needs and provides treatment recommendations. Provides individual and group counseling using evidence-based techniques. Crisis intervention as needed on unit Coordinates treatment with other providers to ensure best client care. Ensures appropriate aftercare plan for all assigned clients. Effectively manages crisis situations on the unit. Documents in the clinical record according to requirements of the regulatory agencies. Follows the utilization review process.
