Job Overview of LMSW Clinician-Residential Social Worker:Now Offering $1000 Sign On Bonus for this Position ANDRUS, a leader in the field of treatment and services for children and families, and the home of the Sanctuary Institute, is seeking a Clinical Social Worker for its campus programs. The Residential Clinical Social Worker is the clinician primarily responsible for the children and families on their caseload. This responsibility means compiling a thorough history and assessment of the children and family through varied means, developing a comprehensive treatment plan along with the entire treatment team, leading and facilitating the team's efforts to assist the children and families' growth and change, and providing innovative treatment approaches with both the individual children and with the family when able. The Residential Clinical Social Worker will also adhere to Article 29i timeline in regards to assessment and documentation requirements. The Residential Clinical Social Worker provides individual, family, and group therapy using a range of therapeutic models and techniques. She or he maintains accurate and timely paperwork, monitors and leads the treatment plan review process and is an active and involved member of the campus teams. She or he is responsible for providing clinical practices that are highly effective, and participate in the ongoing acquisition of knowledge, a core commitment of both the agency and the department. The Residential Clinical Social Worker is also responsible for successfully representing the agency at ongoing meetings, to include CSE reviews, treatment planning conferences, court hearings, and other professionally related events. Excellent communication with children, families and school districts is a must. This position requires a person who is flexible, creative, good at collaborating with others, and can practice the Sanctuary commitments. Schedule is flexible, in order to meet the needs of the individual families we serve. Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday thru FridaySalary Commensurate with licensure length and experience Essential Duties of LMSW Clinician-Residential Social Worker: Key duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Effectively manages clinical services for the children and families on caseload - Conduct assessment of the child's social and emotional needs as it relates to school behavior and performance, and determine IEP and ISP goals.
- Able to provide clinical services that are informed by knowledge in our field, best practices, and evolving treatment approaches
- Provide IEP and OLP counseling services and behavioral interventions in the cottage and during the school day where applicable.
- Conduct Initial Assessments and document treatment goals, Biopsychosocial Assessments, OLP sessions, and treatment planning in a contemporaneous fashion.
- Provide Family Therapy to families in compliance with the Family First Act and with standards of treatment at Andrus.
Works effectively with team to ensure excellent service delivery - Collaborate with IEP Clinician for Semi-Annual treatment planning conferences
- Represent Andrus in CSE meetings with the IEP clinician.
- Participate in team meetings such as Clinical Meetings, Child Study Meetings, Program Reviews, Red Flag reviews and other community wide approaches to child's treatment, and serve as resource for team members
- Must be flexible regarding client care to ensure sensitive and solution-based approaches to treatment.
- Keep contemporaneous documentation and records for DSS QRTP Reviews and for Long Stayer Reviews for children in Foster Care.
- Participate and advocate for children in QRTP and Long Stayer Reviews.
- Attend Court for Permanency Hearings, plan and attend SPR reviews, and coordinate with outside resources for children in Foster Care through DSS.
Manages all clinical documentation for cases effectively and professionally - Ensures all clinical documentation is completed in a timely and accurate fashion using agency protocol
- Writes clear, accurate, and thorough clinical reports in a timely manner
- Maintains excellent notes and submits all required documents in a timely fashion, which may include clinical measurement tools, reports, IEP notes, OLP notes and informational notes.

Essential Qualifications of LMSW Clinician-Residential Social Worker: Key qualifications include:
- Master's Degree in Social Work from Accredited Graduate School of Social Work
- LMSW
- At least one-year post-Master's experience preferred with children or other significant experience in treatment for children.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong skills in a variety of software applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to access and utilize ADP on smartphone or other device for access to agency programs
