- Communicate with lenders, sales team, construction team, appraisers and home buyers
- Schedule New Homeowner Orientation appointment and Closing Date; formally coordinate overall closing schedule with all interested parties
- Attend weekly Backlog meetings with Leadership to provide loan updates accordingly
- Maintain JDE system with regular buyer updates on closing status
- Generate sales price validations for lender and title to confirm final sales price and applicable seller closing incentive, as well as confirming all booked/received EMD payments
- Review and approve all HUD/CD's
- Coordinate all required documentation for any Home Inspection requests and schedule accordingly
- Review and rebuttal any low value appraisals; research closed comps both internal and via MLS
- Prepare and submit any applicable check requests for leadership approval and processing

What you bring
- Minimum of 2+ yrs experience in Coordinator/Administrative role in related industry (Title, Mortgage, Construction)
- Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel
- General understanding of new home construction components and assembly
- Experience with JDE software is a huge (+)
- Strong communication skills and enjoys interacting with people
- Strong knowledge of closing process for the homebuilding industry
- Motivated self-starter, eager to take initiative and able to drive a process to completion
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task

- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience required
