Job Description:
As a Customer Support Coordinator here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing white glove level service for our Platinum customers. You will be responsible for technical support case creation, system advisement, case management and escalation follow-up, along with general coordination between other internal teams on behalf of our Platinum Support customers. You will work out of our Pittsford, NY location on a hybrid work schedule.
