Who we are looking for:
As a Cloud Contact Center Developer, you will be instrumental in transforming customer
interactions by designing and implementing intelligent, conversational solutions.
Your expertise in Nice InContact, Omilia Interactive Voice Assistant (IVA)
technology, and Azure services will enable seamless, scalable communication
solutions. This role offers the chance to collaborate with a cross-functional, agile
team, leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver a world-class customer
experience.
- Location: Onsite in Englewood, CO
- Compensation: $85-105k
Key Responsibilities:
IVR & IVA Solution Design and Development:
- Develop, deploy, and maintain IVR flows using Nice InContact Studio, ensuring intuitive and efficient customer self-service options.
- Design and implement advanced Interactive Voice Assistant (IVA) capabilities using Omilia to enable natural, conversational interactions that enhance customer engagement.
- Integrate IVA and IVR systems to create cohesive, end-to-end voice solutions that address complex customer needs.
Cloud Integration with Azure and Snowflake:
- Implement integrations with Azure API Management (APIM) to enable secure, scalable communication between systems.
- Develop RESTful APIs to integrate Nice InContact and Omilia with Snowflake SQL REST API, optimizing data flow and accessibility.
- Apply cloud architecture best practices for security, scalability, and reliability, ensuring robust infrastructure.
Frontend Development with Bootstrap:
- Design and develop a responsive presentation layer using Bootstrap, ensuring a modern and accessible user experience.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create interfaces that complement voice solutions, maintaining usability across devices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
- Work closely with backend, infrastructure, and quality assurance teams to deliver seamless IVR and IVA solutions.
- Apply software design patterns and Agile methodologies to enhance development workflows, promoting efficient and maintainable code.
- Drive continuous improvements in system performance, scalability, and user experience by incorporating feedback and industry advancements.
Problem Solving, Security, and API Management:
- Secure APIs with OAuth2 or JWT to safeguard data and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Apply analytical skills to solve complex issues within IVR and IVA environments, proactively improving solution quality and resilience.
- Stay informed on advancements in Omilia IVA technology, cloud platforms, and conversational AI to integrate new capabilities and innovations.
What you'll need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in IVR, IVA, cloud integration, and API management.
- Proficiency with Nice InContact Studio and Omilia for designing advanced voice interaction solutions.
- Strong experience with Azure API Management Service and Snowflake SQL REST API.
- Frontend development expertise with Bootstrap for building responsive, modern interfaces.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture best practices around security, scalability, and monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
