Job Description:

We are looking for a full stack software engineer with AWS experience to join the team. We advocate for leading serverless practices and make sure that our business users can make data driven decisions.

Location: Renton, WA

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Curiosity and problem-solving skills

Ability to navigate through ambiguity and complexities

3-5 years of experience in a Software Development or Software Engineering role

Significant knowledge of software development and delivery pipelines, software testing, databases and technical documentation.

Experience with agile and scrum methodologies and DevOps environments with high degree of automation of CI/CD pipelines, build promotions and code quality testing

Be able to architect solutions using industry standard methodologies

Experience with AWS Cloud Services

Terraform for infrastructure as code

Preferably having presence in industry networking. Be on the forefront of interactive technologies

Familiar with agile and scrum methodologies

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner and team management

Expert knowledge of Microservices Architecture and design, REST APIs, Security, Testing, and deployments in high throughput environments

Proficiency in Python.

Expertise in developing Reactive Microservices

Hands-on expertise of common industry frameworks like Spring Boot and Cloud, Rabbit MQ or Kafka, API Gateways. MQTT knowledge is a plus.

Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to present to all levels of the organization

Engineering experience/knowledge of heavy-duty commercial truck systems a plus.

Willingness to learn and use new engineering processes and techniques and be resourceful in solving complex technical problems.

Experience in product development and new product implementation.

Able to work in a team environment.

Familiarity with personal computer software including project management tools, word processing, flowchart/modeling, presentation, spreadsheets, and databases.

Willingness to grow personally and professionally in a results-orientated environment.
