With a team that is dedicated to providing top-notch IT solutions and support to businesses of all sizes, we are seeking a Cloud Engineer who can be dedicated ensuring our technology infrastructure operates smoothly and efficiently.Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and motivated System Engineer to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience some of which has been in a Managed Service Provider environment, and someone who possess expertise in Azure or Azure Active Directory, Office 365, and networking technologies including firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs. This role will involve implementing projects 60% of the time and closing out tickets 40% of the time, with a focus on troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction.Responsibilities:
- Implement and support Azure and Azure Active Directory solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Manage Office 365 environments, including email configurations, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Configure and troubleshoot networking devices such as firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs to maintain network stability and security.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement projects on time and within budget.
- Provide Tier 2 support, resolving technical issues promptly and effectively to minimize downtime and disruption.
- Document system configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and recommendations to optimize their IT infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Some managed Service Provider experience
- Experience in Azure or Azure Active Directory administration and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Office 365 administration and support.
- Experience with networking technologies, including firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.
- Demonstrated ability to implement projects and close out tickets efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
