* Leads the analysis and design in the Grants and Project module
* Understands the business requirements, captures functional and technical requirements, translates them into the Oracle Finance Cloud module requirements.
* Designs processes and prepares the solution blueprint for project and grants implementation.
* Architect and configures the cloud system.
* Participates in the Project implementation lifecycle - perform System and User acceptance testing with Users. provide training and Supports cutover and stabilizes the solution with post-go live support.
* Manage support and application maintenance.
Core Skills & Insights
* Experience in the full lifecycle implementation of at least three Oracle Projects/Grants Cloud implementations including but not limited to hands on configuration.
* Experience in the day-to-day activities of implementing Oracle Cloud Projects & Grants modules, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
* Knowledge of integrations with other financial modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Purchasing, Fixed Assets and General Ledger.
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in business or technology consulting.
* 1 or more years public sector finance implementation experience.
* Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or any related.
* Strong verbal and written executive communication skills
