Description:The Consulting Director Cloud Identity and Access Management (Cloud IAM) is a crucial part of the InfoSec organization and will be the subject matter expert for core aspects of the IAM program within a global company. This is a key role with high visibility and will be responsible for advising leadership on ways to evolve their Cloud IAM strategy. This position protects the brand, company, and employees by re-defining and promoting an IAM cloud strategy that adapts to address continually evolving threats. This individual contributor will develop partnerships across the organization including one or more areas of Access Governance, User Lifecycle Management, Identity and Directory Services, and Secrets Management.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines:Serves as the Subject Matter Expert on for public Cloud (GCP, AWS) IAM-related services, including one or more of: IAM, Privileged Access Management, SSO, MFA, IAM Operations, ways to enforce Segregation of DutiesDevelops and delivers assigned identity and access management projects and roadmap goals within the cloud including by not limited to; GCP service accounts, rotating credentials, maturing credential process, increase visibility of cloud and non-human identitiesDirects business IT application teams on access management technology issues and opportunities within the cloud environmentDrives automation of identity provisioning at scale and integration with enterprise identity stack Maps IAM cloud architecture options to enterprise business needsUtilizes leadership skills to communicate and present strategic company goals into an actionable product execution roadmapDrives initiatives to transform IAM provisioning and lifecycle management, leveraging self-service and automation capabilities to enable a frictionless user experienceExecutes on assigned areas of cloud IAM strategy and capability roadmapEvolves the strategy and operating model for privileged access management (PAM) governance and technology solutionsActs as change agent, leading significant transformational initiatives within the organizationMay perform additional duties as assigned.Skills:Cloud security, IAM, security, cloud, control, credentialTop Skills Details:Cloud security,IAM,security,cloud,control,credentialAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Skills, Knowledge & AbilitiesExpertise in IAM principles, processes, and technology solutionsSubject matter expertise across all facets of IAM, including MFA, Secrets Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM), SSO, and identity platformsKnowledge of native Active Directory services, password vaulting, PAM policies, etc.Experience with technologies such as: CyberArk, GCP IAM (Cloud Identity), Secrets Manager, AWS identity, SailPointAdvanced knowledge of identity based controls (instead of IP based controls)Demonstrated success in establishing strategic objectives and driving tactical execution of initiatives aligned with company goals and objectivesAbility to effectively communicate with all levels of employees within scope of responsibilityAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environmentAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
