Responsibilities:

• Provide IT consulting services to small and medium-sized business across a diverse spectrum of industries.
• Monitor and support infrastructure to ensure optimal Systems performance and Security.
• Advise clients in on-premise hybrid and cloud architectures as well as proven best practices that enable high operational resiliency.
• Support a wide variety of Cloud and Systems technologies including Azure, AWS, Office 365, Active Directory, storage, and security.
• Create IT strategies to ensure that the Network and Storage infrastructure meets current and future requirements based on adapting needs and regulations.
• Mentor teammates on IT Systems best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional certifications strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in maintaining and supporting various technology environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build client relationships and work effectively with team members.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role.
• Comprehensive understanding of various Operating Systems.
• In-depth knowledge of the complete Microsoft Cloud stack including Azure and Microsoft 365 EMS.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services including virtual machines, storage, networking, backup/site recovery, and security.
